Norv had plenty of time to perfect that at Washington and Oakland.

What weak sauce is the blanket statement that Lynn has had the more talent team in each game. And also weak to say other teams had injury too. Who was injured, how long, vs what competition and vs what matchup vs opponent. Have you ever heard of its not who you play but when. That is too account for both team may have played the same opponent but one may have match up vs the starting QB, starting DB, starting DE, while the other team match up with the backups at those positions because of injury.

The teams that stay interested and the most healthy at keystone spots are the teams the usually win. How often have the announcers who played at the highest of levels in the game like Aikman, make a comment in game......such as... their Left Tackle got injured they have not been able to block the opponent effectively at that side since he went down and the QB is under much more pressure here in the second half. Happens every week. Injury are a factor in the game of football. Talent matters. Bosa and James. If you don't think they matter and this team is still more talented without them, that just a bad assessment of how much drop off there is when you play the back up. Don't we need Ingram to get sacks. He has ZERO for the season. He is pressuring but can't get home. If he can't produce some sacks then your not getting those impact plays that help win games.

This team is middle of pack talent and experience. And with Bosa and James and Harris and Ekeler and Bulaga and Turner and Allen, etc. are out for all or parts of game. They are bottom 10 talent level vs rest of league.

Falcons were 0-5 under Quinn and 3-1 under the replacement. Did the talent change?

If the Chargers lose to the Jets today does Lynn still have a job on Monday?

Our linebackers/safeties would have blanketed McCaffrey? Groy would have handed Kwaan Short his jock strap? Pipkens would have stonewalled Von Miller?

Yes, it's all about match ups and our crappy depth would have the advantage.

Falcons have a history of losing. No point trying to steer away from their fate...just accept it and stick to one form of the losing culture.

I guess that's our fate as well? History says so.

Have you not been a Charger fan long? Yes, he’s still here. Not only that but I wouldn’t be surprised if he got a 1 year extension just to see what he can do under a 2nd year of Herbert.

This is the same franchise that threw away what I considered a championship caliber team(2010), because they didn’t want to fire a special teams coach that cost them multiple games.

                      I'm confused.
Derwin James was out. So was McCaffrey. So back up vs back up on the field. Groy started played all of the snaps. So back vs back up there too. And in that Panthers game Bulaga went out and we played Pipkins more of snaps. Brian Burns is a 1st talent pass rusher. He made a play vs the Chargers OT in that game. Mike Williams got hurt in that Panthers game and Guyton played more of the snaps. And Chargers lost Bosa in that Denver game. So that even things out.

All right, things evened themselves out.....and the Chargers lost both games. Where do we go from there?

We go to the darkside. And give talented players like Tyreek Hill or Antonio Brown, Kareem Hunt roster spots when they become available in draft or free agency.
