Isaac Rochelle wasn't in coverage, but when he batted down that 3rd down pass near the goal line in OT and forced the Raiders to kick a field goal, it was a game-saver. Mariota had his FB Ingold open at about the 3. Nick Vigil was in position to make a play on Ingold if he caught the pass, but if Vigil missed the tackle Ingold had a clear path the end zone. Rochelle's pursuit and getting his long arm out there to knock the ball down make it moot.

Yep, and if the Raiders had recovered Herbert's fumble on the first QB sneak, we lose.
Things just went our way that game even with two missed FGs.
