I am not so sure Lynn is a great OC? He had really limited experience with that. He was a terrific RB coach and he obviously knows football and he is a great human being. But game planning, play calling...not much body of work there.

I think he might have Russel Wilson broken by mid season, but he's exactly what Lynn wants in a QB.

Lynn is not an OC. If carroll makes this hire then Carroll will be fired too.

Lynns best bet is to be HC at some small college like Alcorn St. Follow the path of Deon Sanders whos now the HC of Jackson State.

Then Lynn can do his "leader of men" schtick and stay away from the Xs and Os that he's horribly inept at.
