3rd round doesn't bother me too much for WR--though I think there's other PON's that are higher needs...just as long as I get my OT in round 1...

Let’s hope your 1st round OT isn’t a bust that we passed over for far better talent at other positions in lieu of.

If the OT grades significantly lower that that other talent, then don't reach...if the grade difference is marginal, go with OT/higher PON...
