If I were to be critical of Andy it would simply be to have the guts to hold your son accountable, no doubt Andy is familiar with his habits of driving under the influence and getting into road rage incidences
Its not easy or simple, but there has to be a professional standard in the organization and anyone working under Reid should be held to it, including his own sons.
