One thing - if the Chargers do not get Fuller - this does allow some cap space for maybe a depth piece OT like Wagner or Kelly -

This morning I was reading Nick Korte from OTC and unless its changed from his writings, the threshold is 1.9m so if it comes in at 1.75 - you are correct sir!!
Granted, a signing like Feeney would offset this signing at worst.
