If I was an NFL franchise, I would have jugs machine for every pass catcher on the roster. Have them catch 50-100 passes a day on top of practices.

        And every DB.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Them especially. Make it second-nature for them to catch the ball instead of trying to bat it down. I agree with Steve in giving all our WRs a juggs gun too. Sorta surprised they don't already have one at home.

          • Chargers created this need/opening and reached to address the loss of Hunter Henry.

Florida State connections mean more than Georgia tape to me other than blocking against SEC which had to be the attraction.

His body is still filling out and think another 10-15 lbs. of muscle is a must to handle blocks line of scrimmage, if he can just grow into those hands, be like extra tackle.

Can be an outlet in screens and underneath, if coverage breaks down and he's left alone in space, he can make significant gains/impact. Otherwise rarely used as pass target.

After day one, these are all Staley picks. With FSU/Coaching connections. He believe traits these prospective class brings can all be developed to fit on this roster, which is natural in transitional year from previous coaching staff (Lynn) he wants his own players. Also players who develop and want to retain in four years should be easy resigns as he builds relationships. Can't have a whole bunch of me first players, who are difficult to reach or coach up and the Herbert resign is coming soon enough so cap will have to be very frugal and balanced to stay competitive.

nickname - Kitty - I want him to play with a chip on his shoulder

              • McKitty is going to replace Nabors as the new FB/TE. Highbread blocker. The team will be running laterally, Staley said so and McKitty is a far better all around player than Nabors.

Getting rid of Nabors would really bum out Herbert.
                  They’re roomies.

Thats not good I didn't know that. Plus Nabors and Mckitty were team mates in college. Maybe Nabors makes the team but probably put back on the practice squad

Or maybe Herbert’s sick of Nabors’ farts and wants him gone.

I think he takes Virgil Green’s slot not Nabors’. With Cook and Parham below average blockers you want both for short yardage packages, their athleticism will keep teams guessing too.

So funny, we all loved Nabors in TC last year.
