McKitty allows Cook to be primarily a receiver.
Guessing he will be best utilized to chip block next to the RT then be a threat on a short pass or blocking on a screen.
Maybe an overdraft but a big need with Henry gone and Cook almost done, plus RT a big concern. Parham likely a RZ threat only and Anderson to the PS.

I like the draft, i think we got a lot more players that will play than TT usually does. UDFA class is very underwhelming at face value, lets see if there’s a surprise or two.

All those high grades sure do fly in the face of the detailed hate of each pick by a few during the draft day threads...

The first two picks were fallers at our greatest positions of need. Unbelievably lucky and plus value for each. The rest of the draft picks were average value. Palmer, McKitty, Rumph and Jaimes are potential starters in the future. Jaimes may be a steal.

This could look really good in a few years.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

I don't know why, but I have a feeling that Staley and his staff will do a better job developing some of our young players than the McCoy and Lynn staff's did.

              I think that is right.
I thought his plays as h-back looked intriguing. I also noticed he kept doing one-handed catches as well in the senior bowl practices which seemed very unnecessary to me. Dude secure that ball. I guess he's just trying to catch scouts' attention.

I really like his blocking potential and very active feet. I know he had a 7th round grade but his senior bowl stuff probably brought him to 5th round grade on many boards.

How that can combine with anything to make an A+ is a complete mystery. Their analysis here is internally inconsistent.
Which 2 did they list as poor? Which two as below average?

                  LIGHT BULB MOMENT

Thanks for the video bro. The "pop the cherry" was interesting... That aside...

What caught my attention was the reference to Juszczyk. How does Juszczyk keep getting paid silly multi-millions as a "fullback" when FB is supposedly a dying position?

                  -Blocking in space
                  -Overall athleticism and versatility
                  -Reliable hands

Staley as the Rams DC was forced to study the 49ers and he quickly learned just how much Juszczyk meant for the 49ers. He said "Holy Crap" His exact words, good Catholic.

                  ***DragonIce gets it now***.

Staley knows what an elite blocker in space can offer a team...esp. when combined with other threats. Staley said, "Gimmie some of that!" Staley believes Tre can block in the open field...for draws, screens, reverses, erasing second level threats...yet is a player who also can catch and release.

McKitty is our Juszczyk in the Park.

Be damned sure of this: Day 1 assignment when Staley sits down with McKitty: "Kid, Watch Juszczyk play football."

                    This will be McKitty's job:

NFL Network’s Brian Baldinger analyzed Juszczyk’s impact in the 49ers 27-10 NFC Divisional Round victory over the Minnesota Vikings.#49ers #BaldysBreadowns #...

Can you really do worse? Less leading men more coaching them that is all.

Only the #Browns, #Chargers and #Patriots an A+ grade from PFF.

Jax, Minnesota, & Detroit were also superb.
