Its absurdly naive to think a RB at SDSU is going to get the same comp as the top RB at OSU or Bama. That’s like saying the coach at SDSU will get the same pay as the others? No, no and no. SEC advertising and promotion money is insane, MWC is practically invisible.

This seems like it can only end up bad to me too.

If you're a Heisman finalist, it doesn't matter if you play for Ohio State or SDSU. People will know who you are, and you can cash in with an agent and a PR firm on your own, No SEC promotion team is necessary.
