I think the Chargers finally have found a real HEAD football coach. And like Telesco said - he is a teacher

I read this stuff about how a head football coach needs to be a motivator, a leader of men. Just from watching sports and my very limited career way back in the day - - need somebody that can teach you football, how to make you better, prepare for Game Day and on game day, adapt.

I think Staley might just be smarter than other coaches - some have it, some don't. I think he just might be the Erik Spoelstra of the NFL. I can't think of another guy in the NFL like him. Maybe Tomlin. Stefanski was impressive last year.

THe Chargers’ media staff is just awesome. They do a terrific job with this stuff. I think we all like Staley and like him more after that video. I am such a geek I froze my screen to read that chart that Popper tweeterized. I found it kind of comical. “Block!” “ Break tackles!” “Kill blocks!” “ Tackling!”
Also, why is special teams blank??
