Running QBs never last long. herbie’s got the arm to not need to run much - his ability to move around behind LOS is all he needs. Occasional scramble run is about it for me too. And slide unless its 4th down in the 4th quarter or he has the sideline, which he must use.

Chubb questionable. Keep an eye on that.

Our quarterback is a golden god.

Meanwhile, the Chiefs are going on the road to play a Ravens' team that is going to be desperate not to fall to 0-2 and has something to prove after being humiliated in prime time earlier this week.

They may be desperate, but their OL situation is almost as bad as ours last year, and LJ is no Herbert.
I will be shocked if KC loses to the beat up Ravens.

The Ravens season ended before the first game. They lost Marcus Peters and their top 3 RBs. Lamar is a dangerous runner but can’t seem to hold onto the ball and isn’t a great passer. Chiefs should handle them easily

He could just as easily get injured standing in the pocket. Players need to be allowed to play.

Don't want to ever see him trying to run over LB's again though. But, the occasional keeper or scramble can be a big help to the team.

When P Manning was at Indy he missed a couple of games by hitting his hand on a helmet. That's all part of football.

Bill Simmons is sponsored by FanDuel. He spends a lot of time talking about gambling angles. They were speculating that both the AFC and NFC West are awesome this year. They got FanDuel to come up with odds on a bet that there would be six playoff teams between the two divisions. FanDuel actually did it at 15-1 odds.

The Ravens are having the season like we had in 2019 and San Fran had last year. They are getting injured at a ridiculous rate. And given how much Jackson runs mixed with the injuries at RB, I think it’s a matter of time before he goes down.

                    That's my thought too.
I look at Daniel Jones on these designed runs in a straight line and picture them appropriate for JH.
and I bet Herbert wouldn't trip himself 5 yards from the endzone.

                      Yup.
LJ is trying to work on his passing and resisting his running reflex, but with all the pressure coming in, he's bound to take more chances
Hopefully not before our game because I'm going to be there in Baltimore watching live!!
And I want bragging rights when we woop that ass.

Designed QB runs also have to be timely. We'll have more opportunities to have Herbert run vs DAL based on scheme. Also more room for PA bootlegs and such. They're a part of our offense but WFT tends to be good vs both when they're playing zone.
