Chiefs needed an in house dealer.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Raiders are 3-0 against 4-9 teams so not exactly top end. I think they will be more competitive.
Right, eventually you will play the Cowboys, WFT (both are better than the Giants, Jets and Jaguars) - and other teams in the AFCNorth and the division.

The differences for the Chargers and Broncos are: Pats and Jets; Texans and Jags (so that might not be much) and Vikings or Lions - so I think there is a gap. Last place schedule for 3 of 17 games. The other 14 are the same teams, just different locales.

I do think the Raiders probably are better than Broncos based on competition.

True... the Broncos have played lowly teams, but that is not their fault, so I'm going to give them respect and watch the following games and see what they are really made of.

Not blaming them at all. They have looked impressive actually. Granted, the offenses they have played against kind of suck. But you can only play who you play and with the balanced schedules - over the course of the season, things even out for the most . 14 of the now 17 games are the same teams - just where you play, when you play them are different. Maybe you get a team off a bye week and another AFCW team doesn't. But that happens.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid is back in the office today.

Reid returned to work today after a health scare that saw him go directly from the game to the hospital on Sunday, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
I was hoping he would retire and enjoy the rest of his life.

              • Denver Broncos Linebacker Jonas Griffith(hamstring) was ruled out during halftime. Guard Dalton Risner exited the game with a foot injury.
              • Las Vegas Raiders safety Trevon Moehrig did not return against Miami after injuring his ankle.

Saw the teams by strength of schedule for the remainder of the year. Chargers were middle of the pack, Denver was 30 out of 32 teams - so that will be telling since the tough part of their schedule is the last 14 games.

Praying for a quick recovery. Never fun to see players get injured.

For some reason, when I type the word injury I always remember Titans’ dirty Jeff Fisher.

Those games vs. Denver will be interesting as its really protege vs. mentor. Hopefully our D is healthier well before then, but the Bronco's D has been great. They have a test this week vs. the Ravens.

Very true about the protege v mentor. Fangio had Staley on his staff from 2017-2019 between the Bears and Broncos. So yes should be a good matchup

The Ravens are tough because they are unique. Nobody has a slippery running qb like them. In a league where defenses are built to stop the pass, stopping that great running game presents problems.
