Raiders are 3-0 against 4-9 teams so not exactly top end. I think they will be more competitive.
The differences for the Chargers and Broncos are: Pats and Jets; Texans and Jags (so that might not be much) and Vikings or Lions - so I think there is a gap. Last place schedule for 3 of 17 games. The other 14 are the same teams, just different locales.
I do think the Raiders probably are better than Broncos based on competition.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid is back in the office today.
Reid returned to work today after a health scare that saw him go directly from the game to the hospital on Sunday, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
