Yep same here. I was actually surprised with last week’s win. I thought this team was going to take 3-4 games to iron things out since they are learning a new system.

Run defense and red zone play calling

The offense I want back is the offense that averaged 27 pts per over the final four games of the 2020 season. You can call it whatever you like. But it was better than the offense that is averaging 18.5 pts per game so far in 2021. We have two games coming up with division rivals who are averaging 34 and 29.5 pts per game respectively. What's your solution?

Yes, we struggled, but this is going to take time to get in sync, consistency and time develop cohesion which will lead to more wins.

• Soft up the middle on defense. Not sure you scheme your way around that.
• No real speed at WR, and defenses are going to force Herbert underneath.
• Need more focus on a power running game to open up play action
  • The play-action they did looked bad(reminded me of early Brees)

We have some fast guys, just they are not playing much. Remember last year with the backups came in, they did pretty well on some deep balls. Jalen Guyton for example. Hill and Palmer have some speed also but are pretty new. With as good a deep ball as Herbert throws, I think before the season is out we will have some big plays.

Long bombs are not that common anymore except with maybe KC who loads up on speedsters.

We should have worked through the bugs in both new systems and be in sync by early mid season.

Not sure about you guys but if the high-powered Cowboys offense spent the entire game looking dominate just for 2 rushing TDs and 0 passing TDs I'd take it.

Problem is our offense is stalling in the Redzone. We're giving up only about 18.5 points a game. No reason why we cant score 20-24 points per game.

I know the biggest reason for the loss Sunday to the Cowboils. They scored more points than the Chargers.
