KC should win, but I am excited for this game to see how we stack up with them. My guess is we actually keep it fairly close until the 4th quarter before they pull away.

Yes, after they come up with some ticky tack penalties to pull back any scores that might give us a win!

Reid always pulls out new concepts to beat us with. I’m looking forward to creative offense and defense in this game.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Here's a stat for you, looking fwd to KC: In Sunday's game Justin Herbert watched more of his passing yards get pissed away by penalty than any QB in any game...in the past 18 months. Except one game last year by...

              ....Mahomes.

Herbert would have had 420 yards, 3 TDs and a win on Sunday, had he not been thwarted by circumstances (ie fuckups). Can fellow players and refs get out of the way to permit an epic Mahomes-Herbert showdown?

Official Herbert numbers: 338 yards completed. 83 yards of completions & 2 TDs called back

Can't see Mahomes loosing 2 in a row - enter refs.

All I have to say is this is a new team, new system, new coach...if we drop this one, I hope this forum doesnt mash the panic button, and we see a bunch of negative filled tirades...the tools are there, we just need to clean it up. I have seen some great stuff out there, countered by silly mistakes and poor tackling. Throw in some bad calls, and there you are. We were behind the eight ball early when we moved to LA, and Lynn took us to 12 and 4...Bucs looked like garbage early last year, but put it all together for a dominate run...check out week 1 Packers vs. the Saints, who looked like the Aints of old week 2...and then rebounded nicely.

Dont panic...just sit back and see how we respond over the first several weeks.

Last years defense with Bradley seemed to be able to hang with KC. This year we have no idea what type of defense we have since everything is new. My gut feel is the pass defense is better than the run defense which against KC is good. I think the offense can play with anybody if they fix the mistakes.

I think the Bolts come up with a good game. Maybe pull an upset.

Give them time. They will. The Raiders are winning games nobody expected them to win right now. Later in the season, they will lose games nobody expected them to lose. I guarantee it.

The Chargers stack up well against the Chiefs. We have a poor run defense but a pretty good pass defense. The Chiefs don't run the ball well, their strength offensively is the passing game.
