I mean he was a good player for a few years. HOF worthy? Not even close in my eyes.

Aw, come on! At LEAST give Cro a special wing in Canton for having 14 kids with 8 different women...

Former NFL cornerback Antonio Cromartie is a very busy father of 14 children with eight different women. Cromartie tried to shut down the kids’ factory in 2011 by getting a vasectomy, but to his surprise, he welcomed three more kids afterward.

While he had some great plays for the highlight reel, he was not known for his tackling skills. In fact, he avoided having to tackle anyone whenever possible.

      Hardly a complete player.

I can think of some other Chargers (Jamal, LoNeal, Sproles) that are far more deserving, outside the obvious (Rivers/Brees/Gates).

Cromartie shying away from tackling Jets RB in playoff loss and at the same time preventing Merriman from making the tackle sours me

Deion Sanders wasn’t a tackler. Complete player?

              Good call.
l often say Deon was the only defender to win player of the year without ever making a tackle.
As for Cro, helluva an exciting player. Hall worthy? Guess we'll find out.

Well, at least one person thought so. This isn't the final 25 list.

Deion best CB ever, far superior to Cro, plus all of Deion's punt return TD's 6, Kick off return TD's 3, interceptions, 53 int's!! 9 for TD's, played Safety, took 3 years off and stats would be even greater had he played 01, 02, 03, played wide receiver 3 TD's, 21 TD's total! played in World Series and nearly won MVP for Braves had they beat the Blue Jays batting .533 with 5 stolen bases. Best 2 sport athlete ever as Bo was great in NFL but not best RB ever, Bo was so so in MLB .250 hitter as opposed to Deion a .263 hitter.

Cro was underrated while he was here. Easily the most talented CB we have had and I was upset when he left. We sorta of missed him and pass coverage the few years after and didnt find stabilty at CB until 2014 when Verrett came and moreso in 2016 when Hayward was brought in.

He seems to have settled nice in life, I respect that, and he was a tremendous player as well. Hopefully everything works out for him financially.

Gotta love those ints against that Manning dude...

The Hall of "Good, maybe Very Good, maybe Great players (coaches, Execs) playing in an oversaturated media world of 24/7/365 NFL coverage on TV, Internet, Social Media where good becomes great too easy with so many highlights and talking about the NFL" Fame

Like Steve Smith was a good player - but he is going to get in because he is on TV. Period.
many of those players on the list - played on high visibility teams, playoff teams, media darlings
Wilfork is on the list, Jamal Williams isn't I do not believe. Are you sh**ting me - Jamal was dominant! And yes I saw more Williams than Wilfork
But its become a popularity contest
And lastly, if as a voter you need to see a powerpoint to know if a player is worthy - you shouldn't have a vote

The whole NFL Hall of Fame, to me - is a big sham.

I get why Antonio Cromartie is on the list as he is eligible - but he won't make it
