Perhaps we should hire a kicking mechanics coach to specifically get his mechanics/muscle memory in sync for more consistency.

Why did he take a leave? Although he does have a better history than Viz, and if Lambo is really finished than go make a call for proven kicker.

All I'm saying is this guy is going to cost us big at some point and it's better to fix the issue now than go into playoffs with a shaky kicker.
