Your sig reminded me that Niemann might get some playing time if Tranq’s injury is affecting him and K-9 out. Would be interesting to see that play out cuz Niemann’s got legit speed and tackles well. But Lamar will definitely juke him out of his cleats a few times, too.
Our quarterback is a golden god.

Lamar is elusive so Niemann getting juked once or twice is fine. If it was Moaning Mel juking him then I have a problem :goofylol:

That's good to know. I was wondering what his assignment might mean.

            Agree, he's the most steadiest.

Or if Amen plays, he will decleat Lamar if he gets a shot at him. That kid lays some wood. So does Kyzir. But we have to expect and accept that Lamar is going to juke a bunch of guys out of their shoes, jocks, you name it. He is a very unique talent.

I agree. And that is the dilemma for the Browns. They have an all star team that they built because Mayfield has been on his rookie contract. They have not yet enjoyed the success of the Seahawks or Chiefs and they have to make a big decision. Do they want to commit big money to Mayfield moving forward? He is a good, not great QB. If they pay him like a great QB, the rest of the team will naturally have some holes and he has not demonstrated the ability to make up for the deficiencies of others. He has demonstrated the ability to play well when surrounded by great talent (who sometimes make up for HIS deficiencies)

Jackson was passing against deep reserves for the Colts at the end of Monday night's game. He struggled against their starters before they got injured.

I think keeping Jackson in the pocket and making him throw passes with more air yards is the way to go. He is not a great pocket passer, but has statistical success by moving around and throwing to receivers that become wide open late with Jackson throwing from open space.

He’s the fastest QB in the league. Gotta pick your poison. Dare him to throw deep. And force their running backs to beat us. Everytime he goes run option, assume he’s keeping the ball.

To me he's always been a better deep passer than anything intermediate or short. Forcing him to throw it deep plays to his strength.

Rush 5, play man behind with a spy on LJ. Pressure is key.
