They do not listen to Staley arpund here,
so are not well informed about where we are and where we are going.
The first order of business was to build a system around Herbert...done.
Now, we hung together all season,
and will go from building a team, to building a championship.
don’t forget, some of us grew up around Coryell including SDSU days and Gilman. We know offense

1. There were a few games we probably could have won, had we aired the ball long a few times to get teams to back off from stacking the box, and stifling our ground attack and short passing game.
2. That, along with NOT dialing up more chipping and blocking help for Norton, like in the Faider game.
3. Finally, some real head-scratcher play calls--like sending Ekkie up the gut twice vs. a stacked box in Faider game...in our own territory...pitiful and predictable...
Those are my three biggest knocks vs. Lombo...

Flores should get the Houston job, if he wants it. He also fits the criteria of a minority hire. Lombardi wants to be a HC, I'd rather him not go, it would be nice for Herbert to have some continuity once in his playing career, since high school.
