There is no way this poll is accurate lol. Is Boltjolt and his crew not here yet? Perhaps hungover after last night’s loss.

This poll’s gotta be more like 70% voting no, otherwise it’s rigged. Telesco has significant support around these parts (and I mean there may be fans that stop supporting Chargers if Telesco gets fired) for this poll to be true.

Anyway to answer the question…please refer to my sig.
Tom Telesco’s Results in 9 years as Chargers GM:

    - 69-74 record
    - 0 division titles in 9 yrs as GM
    - Worst record among all active GMs with same tenure
    - 6th worst winning percentage among all active GMs overall
    - 2 playoff wins despite elite QB all 9 yrs
    - Team still has the same weaknesses (Oline and run defense) that it had when hired as GM in 2013
    - Consistently puts together horrible depth, expects starters to never miss games

Yes, he won't be. But I think its time
Granted, the only, ONLY redeeming factor in his favor is he didn't really do much for Staley's defense last year as they focused on OLine. So I get that

Telesco needs to nail this offseason - and he needs to hit RT, IDL, IDL, CB, WR and a stout RB to offset Ekeler - pretth hard in Free agent

I would prefer he is fired, but he won't be

Yeh he's got to hit 2 Grand Slams and a 3 Run bomb or it's time to move on.

Chargers are gonna have a significant amount of cap space this summer. Imagine how dangerous it will be to hand that all over to an over tenured GM in his last year of contract trying to prove something.

This is a dangerous game their playing.

Telesco is gonna waste the cap room on more Derek Cox/Chris Harris Jr type FA signings.

Get him the fuck out of here.

He is doing ok but if he does not realize Staley has to go...then I say yes. Hire Rex Ryan. He is a REAL defensive coach. The offense can take care of itself. TT has drafted some good players. We just need a great coach.

Telesco has had 9 years and this year our defence was worst in the league in a few categories. 3rd down conversion %, yards per run allowed (at times) . Near the bottom in points allowed.

Part of it is their philosophy to lean on UDFA scrubs and cast offs as depth. They just wont spend the $ in FA to bring in quality depth so when a starter goes down we have a huge drop off that other teams exploit.

W out doing a lot of research, his Ds have been typically mediocre. I can't recall us ever being near a top D in his 9 years. To them it is an after thought, same for the OL until it hits crisis time like last year.

I give TT one more year.

This season we saw vast improvement on the left side OL. If Abushi and Bulaga were healthy it would have been leaps and bounds improvement.
If DL gets the same improvement next season then we all celebrate.
Lets see what he can do with some room to operate ie: cap space and draft picks.

                    LOL “if Bulaga were healthy”.

Yeah and if I looked like Tom Holland I could sleep with Zendaya.

i said this during the off-season that you can't depend on him being healthy and they did nothing.
