I’m actually trying to take my mind off how this season ended but it’s hard. Probably spent too much time on here these last couple of days instead of working lol. Trying to be optimistic but the highs are really high while the lows are so low. Football is a bad drug man.

Besides the fact that Fangio is one of the best DC in the league and can run our scheme, I have to ask why? It’s not like all the coaching changes have been bad. And no, he didn’t hire his friends. Do you know how the NFL works when it comes to creating a staff? Just be grateful his son isn’t DC like Belichick’s lol.

If we are going to be aggressive, I too, have wondered why we didn’t go for to at the end of regulation. We had shook the whole stadium. Made a two point conversation the drive before. But decided on overtime. Not a sure field goal either, considering he already missed one.

One of the things that gripes me about Staley is, if yer going to go for it on 4th down in our OWN territory, at LEAST come up with a more creative play than Ekkie up the gut against a stacked box for nada...and Staley/Lombo dialed up a LOT of predictable plays on 4th down during the season that epic failed...at LEAST dial up something creative, for crying out loud...at the very least, Herbie fakes to Ekkie up the gut, and Herbie bootlegs it around the left side for an easy first down...SMH...
