As the miracle survivor of a head on collision 6 years ago,
I stared at the image of the accident scene in Lakeside for quite a while yesterday.

It's the laws of physics...a human body moving swiftly in one direction, is suddenly jarred violently in a different direction...internal injuries.

He wasn't wearing his seat belt. His Wife was and only had minor injuries.

Yep. Steering column airbags have been known to break ribs,
even with the sealtbelt on. Believe me Jolt, it was eerie to look at that pic,
as well as heartbreaking.
