With the grumblings about Pegano and Reich, hell even McCoy I thought a thread that we can discuss potential upgrades TT can make in the off season.

I'm not in favour of canning McCoy but we could imo look to improve OC DLine Coach maybe oline coach too.

On a side note PeganosPeganos's brother may be out in Indy and he was a great DC before he coached Indy.

If Chip Kelly gets canned would his strength and conditioning staff be worth hirering? How about their OC?
