Awesome first game with the east-coast/mid-west imports. I also like how Snell is pitching of late. This is almost too much of a good thing as a Padres fan for 50 years. Almost but not quite! And we got Hader for the ninth inning. Wow. I guess I'm not dreaming but not sure. hmm

We have up a lot but those guys are in single A ball. No guarantee they pan out while Soto is only 23 and a star already. Bell a good player and Hosmer hasn't played that well at first base though I'd have been fine with Myers there.
Abrams made a lot of little mistakes but he is only 21. But where we gonna play him? Second base and SS are taken and Kim has improved at the plate this year.
I'd have liked to keep Gore but it is what it is and we kept the Dodgers from getting him.
