    Welcome Sean McGrath?

SAN DIEGO CHARGERS SIGN TE SEAN MCGRATH
By Paul Maland, Tue, Nov 10th 4:33pm EST

The San Diego Chargers have signed former Kansas City Chief TE Sean McGrath. In 2013, his only season played as a pro, McGrath caught 26 passes for 302 yards and two touchdowns. In 2014, he surprisingly opted to retire instead of returning to football. (Michael Gehlken on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: It's hard to imagine Sean McGrath having a sizable role in an offense with so many solidified receiving weapons. With Antonio Gates back to full health and Ladarius Green hoping to return following the bye-week, McGrath will have to fight for snaps to say the least

Here let me fix that purposely mispelled title for you. I appreciate all the opportunities you give me to spend extra time fixing things at the Powderblues.

Gates did NOT look 100% to me last night. Watch him miss time and we really need this guy for the active depth chart.

new 2 TE run-based offense debuting after the bye. We had 3 WRs by the end of last night and 2 can't catch or hang on to the ball. Gotta go All Gorgon All The Time!

Did we suddenly hire Dan Henning as OC?

not that I'm aware of, but we have exactly 1 healthy WR Rivers has any chemistry with or confidence in. Inman @ #2 is underwhelming. Herndon is ? Gates looked done and was doubled all night Monday. Ladarious Green can't stay in lineup. How we supposed to run the K Gun with nobody to throw to? Supposedly the great strength of MM was adapting offense to the players he had, and now he's got little to work with outside of a healthy stable of RBs- including our #1 pick and 2 TEs in Phillips and David Johnson. Maybe we can hire Cam Cameron to show him how to run the offense he used in LT's rookie year under similar circumstances?

Cam Cameron wasn't LT's OC in his rookie year, wasn't it Norv?

yeah, you could be right on that. Too busy to go look stuff up. Who did we have for a QB running NOrv's vertical offense with the 5-7 step drops then?

If I had to guess, I would say this is more that Green may be out a while rather than Gates being gimpy.
