It's very hard to make a definitive statement without knowing what, if anything, is the issue with him. The Chargers have seem to place a high value on character and are never going to take a flyer on a player like Kareem Hunt or Antonio Brown. Maybe he has no issues at all and teams strictly are passing on him, not believing he offers enough as a WR. Just speculation...

Yeah, it is pretty clear that if we signed him, he would be our third best WR behind Allen and Williams. But why sign Johnson when we can throw 6 times to Palmer for 24 yards? :banghead:

I'd like to sign T-Billy, but I doubt Lombo would hardly use him, especially deep. Guyton was healthy earlier, but didn't catch his first pass until game 4...then got injured...

Slow healing and painful, all the while getting pressured more than any other QB in the league with receivers that are beat up and not getting open. Herbert isn't the issue.
