The "bad" parts of this roster are just really really bad. Tackling by the linebackers & secondary. Run blocking by the Oline & pass blocking at some positions etc.
I would argue that WAR reveals little about the Chargers. The numbers are skewed by circumstances.

If the premise is accepted then we are roster building, acclimating to scheme and getting meanful snaps.

This is a process that took years in Chicago and in a scheme that is being run successfully by the 2022 Broncos, with no help whatsoever from the offense.
    Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

The Spanos Family is absolutely nuts if they don't hire a football man to run their multi-billion dollar program in Los Angeles. Absolutely nuts.

Sadly, the family thinks little Johnny Spanos is their “football man” and he’s calling all the shots now.

You think he’s going to step aside and let a seasoned GM takeover?

Consider this…. Half this forum thinks it’s injuries that are the reason the Chargers aren’t heading to the playoffs as a serious contender.

They aren’t blaming coaching or players.. Simply the randomness and bad luck of injuries.

If your John Spanos, you’re using the injury excuse too and believing, like many fans, you put together the best Charger roster and coaching staff evvahh!!

Injuries *have* made the coaching staff's job more difficult, but the Chargers aren't the only team to suffer with injuries. Does it seem like we've had more than our fair share? Yes. And the FO (i.e., John Boy) has to take the blame for not allowing his yes man, Tommy T, to do what's necessary to mitigate those injuries. If Tommy T was even so inclined.

But the team didn't lose all their injured players in the same game. They weren't down everybody, all year. And I contend that there hasn't been a SINGLE GAME this season where the team has showed up and played a complete game. And I think the stats bear that out.

Not nuts, my friend, but f**king stupid.
They need to sell before the NFL( or the courts!) make them.

              Spanos clan fault.

they have no fucking clue what to do and are going to waste another great QB talent.
