Storm has mysterious staying power with this franchise.

If the Charger complex were ground zero for a nuclear missile launch next Tuesday,
Storm would be the only player to walk away (unscathed).

We'll have to build the team around him for our playoff run.

When my wife went to the Charger game in Atlanta we ran into his parents at a sports bar and chatted with them for about 15 minutes. Very nice people and very pragmatic about his role.

He can do worse than becoming a special teams ace that can spell your edge players on occasion, keeps his body from taking too much damage and some guys have made long careers out of it, making a steady 850k-1.25mil a year is not a bad way to spend your twenties…

a side note about tuzska that got my attention earlier in the season and bodes well for him potentially becoming a serviceable edge guy is how he plays the run…he’s no joey bosa but he looked better than rumph against the run by a significant margin…

I thought Salyer started out well but he has been trending downwards. IIRC PFF had him at something like 6 pressures in the Indy game, quite a bit more than the next OLineman. the pocket has NOT been clean for Justin much this season and the last 5 or 6 weeks has been HORRENDOUS protecting Justin. I think he's been sacked at least 3 times a game for the last 5 or 6 games.

Relatively clean. I recall how bad Storm Norton was where every play he had to run for his life.
