Marty didn't turtle up. He went for it on 4th-down for no reason and also quit on the run in the 2nd half for no reason.

Marty got penalized for barely running on the field. The Rooneys assistant coach ran on the field, stayed on the field, and talked shit to the other team. The opposing team got penalized for it.
