      Isn't YouTube owned by Google?

NFL would be stupid to not try to work out a deal with both. Best way to expand the brand. Directv still keeps its cable box market.

Yes it is. For some reason, I can see a cable company putting a usage cap just on Sunday to piss off football fans.

I already have pretty much the same setup as if it were on Apple TV. NFL game pass on my ipad, then AirPlay it on my TV through the Apple TV box. Every game this season in HD for $129.99. I can also replay the games as well.

I got the Amazon ps3 madden deal for $99 for sunday ticket and will just output thru my pc and out thru hdmi to my receiver then tv. Plan to probably sell the game... I hope they have this option going forward.

Didn't it say in the article that reps of Google and YouTube sat down with the NFL?

I'm reading that as the Google CEO and his subsidiary's rep from You Tube sat with the NFL... they are essentially the same entitiy.

They probably will, but mine (Comcast) keep annoying the crap out of me to download all kinds of content and stream it through my PC, so it would be kinda stupid if they did (which is why they will).

Right. That was kind of my point.

Xbox should work out a deal with them. Might get people to buy the new one
