The successful teams are the ones hitting on the interior linemen and linebackers (run-stoppers), as well.

2021 Rams: Aaron Donald, A'Shawn Robinson, Greg Gaines. Sebastian Joseph-Day missed most of the year with an injury, bur returned for the Super Bowl.
2021 Bengals: Larry Ogunjobi, D.J. Reader. Germaine Pratt and Logan Wilson at linebacker.
2022 Chiefs: Chris Jones, Derrick Nnadi. Nic Bolton at linebacker
2022 Eagles: Fletcher Cox, Javon Hargrave, Ndamukong Suh, Linval Joseph. Hasson Reddick as a SAM linebacker.

The best Telesco has done in the draft has been Justin Jones and Darius Philon at defensive tackle and Denzel Perryman at linebacker. The rest have been players such as Jerry Tillery, Manti Te'o, Drue Tranquill, Kenneth Murray, and Jatavis Brown in the draft, and a bunch of free agents to fill in the spots (Brandon Mebane, Linval Joseph, Sebastian Joseph-Day, Austin Johnson, and Thomas Davis). He's been a failure in the draft at defensive tackle and linebacker and has tried to make up for it in free agency. It hasn't worked.
