Don't let this Thursday color the equation any less than total house-cleaning. Staley is not the single problem here. The culture from ownership on down is rotten and, at minimum, an entire new front office is needed - not just a new coordinator dejour for their first try at coaching

This isn't a last night thing. Or even last season thing.

You could see the writing on the wall with Staley at the end of the 2021 season. 8-5 and almost guaranteed a playoff spot. Lost 3 of 4, including blowing a double-digit lead against KC in the 2nd half, getting blown out by a hapless Texans team and then the shitshow season finale against the Raiders, where all we needed was a tie (and almost got it).

It was obvious that this dude wasn't a serious football coach.

But yeah, Telesco needs to go, too. And shoot the Spanii into the sun.
