The roster should have 20-25 new players. At least

6-8 draft picks. At least 14 other team's FAs? I doubt that we gut the roster but who knows?
The new GM / HC will have their own ideas. There will be new people, I'm not seeing half the roster dumped.
I think 20 max on the 2024 final 53. 15 T seems like a good guess.

At Browns looks tough, especially if they resign Flacco
hopefully Steelers, Patriots and Carolina continue with bad qb situations.
A bit worried about hosting Titans if their qb takes a step forward.
Cincinnati should be tough if Mr. Anemic is healthy.
we played the ravens pretty close with Staley this year, Jim has that game circled on his calendar.

Hopefully Herbert takes every raider game personal moving forward. What they did to us, off of his watch is a travesty that needs to be rectified by an old school, Marty-esque spanking for the next decade. Rivalry back on as far as I'm concerned.

Don't know about the Steelers, game, though. Not sure what kind of sorcery they used on Mason Rudolph but he does not resemble at all the guy from a year ago. Could be he's one of those few who take a demotion seriously and really worked at getting better? Agree with the raiders, we need to bitch-slap them twice a year, every year, for the next decade. Whoever the coach is, this should be made clear at interview time.

We've only beaten Carolina once when meeting them. I want to win that game against the Panthers. I've seen what Bryce Young can do. He's one of the QBs that the Chargers have good games against.

The Steelers were the first NFL team I rooted for...back in 1972. They were awesome then.
