Prevailing opinion on the next GM?

Maybe this has been covered in another thread, bit I'm just a lurker these days.

Who's the names being floated for next GM? And, of the HC's being floated would you give any of them both responsibilities? Has that ever been done with the Chargers? That might be the way to lure the top shelf HC candidate...yes, no, maybe?

Its all in that superthread that started with the firing. Most of the interview requests are posted in there, but most are looking at the GM in the context of being acceptable to the top HC candidates that may be interviewed, but not necessarily locked into that. Its a very wide net, but has included the top Rooney Rule guys, and from organizations that have drafted well, like the Ravens.
