Someone has to go. All this talk about how Harbaugh would like guys to come back is smoke. The only ones I think are here to stay are KA and DJ.

Herbert of course
Slater, Tuli, James and Hanley. (They forgot Dicker but he is coming back) but thats it - those 5 names are all they said are locks to be back. QB, LT, Edge and Captain of the Defense
KA is probably 90/10 he is back,.

Joey has missed 33 games (that's a lot). But he's also played in 93 games. 1/3 of games missed is a lot... but it's not a majority.
Jason played in 25 of 64 possible games... that's a majority.

I did say Verrett is even a worse case scenario but yes, missing 1/3 of your games is bad when you get paid as he does.
And lately he has missed more than 1/3 of the games in his highest cap hit years.

And when he is playing, he throws tantrums. As Crosby mentioned, everyone gets held. I bet you Mack does too but he handles it better

That’s a similar list I had when Harbaugh was hired and I think we may see significant player turnover. The check collectors are in trouble as well as anyone who comes in way out of shape.

Quadzilla letting it be known he's down with the playing for the Chargers if Harbaugh and Roman will have him. He turned 27 last Friday. He has 1201 carries for 5211 yds (4.3 ypc) for his career. He's scored 35 rushing TDs and 12 receiving TDs.

KC's defense is very good. They've concentrated resources there (through the draft).
I predicted a 20-17 victory for the Chiefs over on the SB Thread. 19-19 by the end of regulation was pretty close.
IMO, the defensive personnel on our team is lagging far behind the Chiefs.
By all means, protect Herbert (draft a center)... but make sure you start dedicating some resources to the defense.
I know Harbaugh and Hortiz have the same philosophy... run the ball, protect your QB, and play tough defense.
Finally, it seems as if we have guys that know what they're doing...
