I still think we are a guard or 2 in FA after May, along with a DT and CB, maybe even a TE. JH3 doesn’t seem to be the guy that is ever satisfied with the roster and always looking to add. Opposed to TT who got to a point and said I am done with the roster and packed it in until injuries or next offseason.

That's because TT lets the HC do whatever they want. That was his problem. It's showing with him and Antonio Pierce and Raiders coaching staff now. And he neglected making moves during the season.

The only person I'm not confident about at CB is Deane Leonard. They have plenty of good CBs now, with the additions that were made. At DT I'm not high on Otito Ogbonnia and Christopher Hinton like some people are. Last year that spot was anchored by Nick Williams, who I barely realized was there. People were high on Jerrod Clark. Who I think it would be great if he wins and takes over that spot.

Palmer and McConkey are the route runners and the starters.

All other receivers either have work to do to become more polished.

Or are limited athletically.

Or both..

I smell plenty of 22 amd 13 personnel with palmer and laddy opening up the field for our backs and TEs.

Just sharing what I see, I love Kollman but if he's flawless then Herbert wouldn't be Herbert and QJ would be killing it too.
and our 2023 run offense would be elite.

Given that we know Harbaugh generally means what he says - Zion and Salyer better be working . . . . . . . .

Changes are coming, whether the guys step up their game or the coaches plug someone else into their spots remains to be seen...right now it seems that Trey has already supplanted Salyer...like many of us have been saying, the IOL was a disaster in 2023, how much of that is fixable with coaching remains to be seen, at some point folks are going to lose jobs too...

Yeah, I really have no idea about their plans @IOL... or why they would insinuate that Trey was one of the top 5 linemen.
But I am excited to see that the center (and 2 OT positions) are taken care of. Those 3 positions have always been important to me.
Let the rest compete for the starting OG positions. I think I remember Harbaugh saying good things about Zion right after Harbaugh got hired as HC.

If Pip beats out Salyer at RG, it makes our line stronger...all I know is Salyer struggled at G...yet, he sure filled in well at LT for Slater...
