    That's funny because when I think of least deserving HOF'ers, Lofton is probably #1.

      If I remember correctly, Norv fired him and replaced him with Charlie Joiner who was previously coaching in KC. And Joiner had done a very good job for us during those Norv years. Norv made coaching change after speaking with the players, getting their honest opinion, in the process of the evaluation of the previous season.

      Rivers must had saying something, lol. Lofton was butt hurt. His "opinion" is neither logical or making any sense. If Rivers doesn't deserve HOF then who is, Lofton? Rivers is SD all-time passing leader and is a surefire Hall of Famer. I'm not sure it's even worth debate on. The guy that doesn't deserve to be in the HOF is Eli Manning, who is an interception machine and relied on his dominant defensive-lines and lucky bounces on those 2 SB wins.
