I think Whis as HC without McCoy's influence would be worth trying out. I know his experience in Tennessee wasn't a good one, but he didn't have the personnel to work with there that he would have here (i.e.---franchise QB, RB, & budding defense).

Haley would be great add. So long as he keeps Pagano. Pags as really changed this season is far more aggressive. Pags survives yet another coaching change.

No to Pags. I'd like to see whoever it is to get his own opportunity to pick his own coaches.

If the Chargers do go with a new coach next season. I am hoping we take a Carolina Panther turn on things. I would take Sean McDermott or Ron Rivera if he gets sacked. I think both of these guys are great possible coaches.

The defense was better after the emerged of Bosa and Brown. It still a below average group that couldn't hold a lead, given up a lot of points. They are more aggressive and made some plays but also given up a lot of big plays. They were both succeed and failed in the clutch. Inconsistent. We aren't going to win many games giving up 28 points.
