I think he is done as a charger. Granted hewss dealt an injury ridden team roster again but i just dont think he has the toughness I want in a coach...the nice guy coach just usnt working. We need stronger discipline and a fire lit under the other coaches and players to get out of this mess.

Good luck Mccoy on another team. You would be a fun guy to chat with but just are not cutting it to be a playoff coach. Id take Anfy Reid in a heartbeat...i cringed when KC announced that hire....he just wins.

McCoy is clearly a good OC, but just is not close to a good HC at this point. Perhaps some day with another team he'll get there. He didn't come into the best situation here. His first year on the job he inherited the oldest roster in the NFL that just wasn't very good and somehow got us into the playoffs and won a game. But after that, the combination of injuries, continued bad clock management, ultra conservative approach, and the seemingly inability to adjust on the fly sealed his fate. As always with team Spanos, he should have been let go last year instead of somehow hoping things would magically turn around. They rarely do and just like sticking with Norv (not that Norv should ever have been hired in the first place), we wasted years off star players careers.
