Agree, Bosa was a mistake ive wanted to trade for 2 years now,...will be 3 years after this season,.., advocated hard to trade him this offseason and disapointed they didnt because he was worth something then, not worth shit now.
I wanted to keep Keenan but when it all came down, he was the one out. Needed his cap space and they have done a good job replacing him with McConley who has done well and looks to be another good reciever for us for much less. Keenan wouldnt have been brought back after this season anyways.

Now need a TE and a couple new OL pieces and we will be even better next year. For me, Spanos finally went in the right direction and had he not, id feel very different. Im just being optomistic with who he hired and its an improvment. Hasnt always been and sure we have seen the shit storm too often to care anymore but ....what can i say, im rejuvenized this year. I realize it still may not be this year but i expect playoffs for sure next season and MAYBE be a contender. not a contender this year but maybe playoffs.

Lets see how it goes,.... you can feel your way but shouldnt crack on people who dont feel your way.
I mean isn’t this what’s been happening to me or anyone who points out any issues with Harbaugh or the team? If its good for me then it’s good for you too right?

That being said I’m not naive enough to believe that if I go on TPB and post my opinion that everyone will agree. Sometimes a good debate or argument ensues and that’s ok imho.

I hope Harbaugh is great but he’s really a college coach with a short and somewhat successful but very rocky run in the NFL. He’s essentially a college coach for me and his style of offense is antiquated. I think he’s seeing that in the nfl it’s much harder to pull that off. Hopefully he’s able to adjust and use Herbert and a Run game to great effect, he’s just barely figuring it out so more time is needed. Imho the real gem of this hire is Jesse Minter. I really hope they don’t let him go somewhere else and he can step up after Harbaugh retires.

3 NFC championships in 5 years is not adequately described as somewhat successfull.
Perhaps not enough data to make a determination .... but he was very successful in San Fran,
and then lost a shit fight with Ned York.

Hell, Norv was somewhat successful as Charger head coach.

I get what you’re saying and point taken but I mean 4 years and then booted because he couldn’t get along with the GM. Not stellar. He has spent the vast majority of his coaching career in the college ranks which imho makes him a college coach first. Anyway we will see how that translates when things are going tough. Maybe it’s great and maybe it doesn’t but I’m hoping it goes well.

Jed York. Yep he took over at a young age and thought he knew shit lol. He learned the hard way. That wasn't really Harbaughs fault but whatever. The owners is going to win

It would be like JohnBoy in his 30's coming in and thinking he knows better over Harbaugh.
Like the Titans owner that didn't know shit and forced Fisher to draft Vince Young when Fisher didn't want to draft him and Irsay wanting Richardson.

            And then there's Jerrah!

That's what I took out of it too.

15 years as an NFL QB and 6 years NFL coaching 2yrs Raiders QBs,
Rich Gannon took his team to SB and was NFL MVP. with Jim as his coach.
2011, '12, '13 took Niners to 3 NFC Championships, 2014 ended poorly with his quitting.
Jim Harbaugh is a coach first who was very successful, Championship, in college and was the NFL Coach of the year with 49ers.
He's had a lot of success at a very high level in both. I think it's a bonus for the Chargers that he's very familiar with the top young college players who are in the NFL today.

Curious how people would rank our coaches:

                    Jim Harbaugh
                    Bobby Ross
                    Marty Schottenheimer
                    Norv Turner
                    Anthony Lynn
                    Brandon Staley
                    Mike McCoy

This how I would rate them but may be convinced to swap 2 and 3.

As crazy as it sounds I'd say McCoy worse than Staley, at least Staley had fight in him, McCoy had no heart.

These are from the Saints forum. Called Saints report.

Ok...let me be clear that I am in no way saying that the officials were responsible for yesterday's result. The Saints got beat by a much better team yesterday, and it wasn't the officials' fault. With that said, the officiating yesterday was horrible. Off the top of my head:---Several...

I know a lot of us are leaning this way but this is more of an indictment of what we are doing offensively than Rattler. While I think both him and Haener needs time to develop into what they can be, I don't believe neither is being set up for success.

Could have had Jameis plus 20 mil in oline and receiving helpInstead we got Carr with nobody to throw to and nobody to blockf or him. Winston won them the game vs the Ravens. Then again, we almost got Watson so could be worse
