Agree. Id have kept McCord, and wouldnt have minded if we picked him up. I think he can turn into a pretty decent backup where Lance imo has topped out.
Tyrod i think is done so agree , i dont know wtf they were thinking. He always ends up injured as well when he gets any playing time.

As for the Dolphins...the fact they picked up SEVEN UDFAs is an indication they didnt like their roster and think those 7 UDFAs can improve it? Says alot. Willis cant do it by himself.

I've read quite a bit about the Dolphins this past offseason. It seems that they needed to unload the players who gave McDaniel quite a hard time while he was head coach. They focused more on bringing in players with good attitudes and could become better leaders. It's more addition by subtraction, and supposedly the new head coach, Jeff Hafley, has the team disciplined better than McDaniel did. Will that lead to more wins this season? We shall see. I'm thinking between 7-10 and 9-8.

I would hate to be a Jets fan...they haven't been entertaining in a good long while, even when they were winning consistently under Ryan they were no fun to watch...I prefer the teams that Parcells had there with Vinny Testaverde and Wayne Crebet, those jets were actually fun to watch...

Los Angeles Chargers: David Stone, DT, Oklahoma

The Chargers could use some interior defensive line youth next to Akheem Mesidor.

The 6-foot-3, 310-pound Stone flashed some next-level ability in 2025. He was a disruptive run defender with 43 tackles on the season. Stone had 1.5 sacks as a sophomore. Improving as a pass rusher would help him to rise.

McKale Boley, OT, Virginia Cavaliers

Virginia won their conference game against NC State by dominating on the lines of scrimmage. The offensive line specifically did a great job. They helped the offense pass for 155 and rush for 258. Boley was featured a lot on the broadcast and helped the Hoos get a good push up front.

Boley was impressive both as a run blocker and as a pass blocker. What made things even better was that he was disciplined and kept his hands inside even when his quarterback was scrambling a lot. A move to the inside could still be coming, but he showed real strength today in pass pro, which would make him a good fit for the interior.

Lamont Lester, Jr. had three sacks for the Colorado Buffaloes in their win over Georgia Tech tonight. He's listed at 6-2, 230 pounds and is in his third year of college football. He played at Monmouth University last season, where he had 9.5 sacks. He went to high school at the well renowned Don Bosco Prep in New Jersey.

Colorado dominated on both sides of the line scrimmage, outrushing Georgia Tech 183-51. The Yellow Jackets' only touchdown came on a kickoff return. With that said, I thought Alberto Mendoza, younger brother of Fernando, looked pretty good. He completed 17 of 23 passes for 237 yards and made some timely completions. He had Georgia Tech in position to kick the game-winning field goal at the end, but it was blocked. The Yellow Jackets' kicker also missed a short field goal attempt earlier in the game.

I also liked what I saw out of Colorado defensive back Randon Fontenette tonight. He had eight tackles, and looks like a Derwin James type. He's listed at 6-2, 220 pounds. This is his fourth year of college football. He played at TCU in 2023 and Vanderbilt the last two seasons.
