Chargers not only team with injured top draft picks

Raiders just put their second round draft pick, a safety named Obi (Benwankanobii or something akin) on the injured reserve with a knee. So Chargers are not the only ones.

And Broncos have Shane Ray on IR to return.

Raiders first pick is still undergoing criminal investigation as well I believe.

Melifanwu was drafted with the Chargers in mind. Wether its Henry or Williams. The Raiders made sure they could cover us this year. And now they take a big hit.

he was also drafted on measurables IMO. His tape looks blah, he appears to have a low football IQ, and a serious lack of production to talent ratio.

Mack and Cooper were also limited participants in Wednesday practice, plus seabass has back problems

A $4M a year kicker with a bad back....sounds like his days are numbered.

Myles Garrett most likely out a month.

I saw that Titans' Corey Davis didn't play at all in Pre-season, due to a hammy. He should play in his opener though (against the Raiders). John Ross (Knee) won't make the opener, and probably won't play in week 2 as well. Misery loves company.

I still can't believe the Bengals took Ross.
I've complained about our pick being a bad choice but theirs was downright rotten.

Melifonwu had more production last year than Hooker and Adams.
