Bosa will not come back at 99% ready. And a bone bruise takes a lot of time as does a bad tendon. Maybe in the playoffs if we make them.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

The key words here are "barring any setbacks":

Chargers star Joey Bosa likely to make season debut Nov. 4 against Seahawks

Oct 21, 2018Adam SchefterESPN Senior Writer

Los Angeles Chargers defensive end Joey Bosa, who has missed the first seven games this season with a bone bruise in his left foot, is likely to make his season debut Nov. 4 against the Seattle Seahawks, league sources told ESPN.

Barring any setbacks -- and Bosa had one just before the start of the regular season -- there is a belief that he finally will be able to play after next week's bye.

Bosa stayed in Los Angeles and did not travel with his teammates to Cleveland, where they played last week and stayed this past week to train for Sunday's game in London against the Tennessee Titans.

For the past two weeks, he has been running and looking as if he is regaining his form, according to sources.

Once Bosa returns, the Chargers' defense will be even more formidable than it has been. The Chargers have been waiting to team Bosa -- the third overall pick in the 2016 NFL draft -- with linebacker Melvin Ingram and this year's first-round pick, Derwin James.

The guy hasn't practiced since before the season, and that was just to discover that he wasn't ready to go. We will know more this coming week, depending on how he looks in practice. Either way, with how cautious this team is about injuries, I doubt he will be back after the BYE though.

          I hope I'm wrong.

Nope, I think Bosa and Henry are done for the year.

I think it's wishful thinking but I really am hoping to see Bosa play vs Seattle. Who knows though

Joey and Kyzir should get worked in over the next 2-3 weeks and be full starter reps by Donks/Cards. Hitting our full stride in December sounds about right.

I say 50-50 if hes running now. Got to be football ready and practicing for a full week imo. If he isnt on the practice field in pads next week i would not expect him as a starter in Seattle.
