Him and Nick Rose were probably the biggest letdowns from the game. Might as well have not played either of em.

Tom Telesco’s Results in 9 years as Chargers GM:
- 69-74 record
- 0 division titles in 9 yrs as GM
- Worst record among all active GMs with same tenure
- 6th worst winning percentage among all active GMs overall
- 2 playoff wins despite elite QB all 9 yrs
- Team still has the same weaknesses (Oline and run defense) that it had when hired as GM in 2013
- Consistently puts together horrible depth, expects starters to never miss games

remember not so long ago when everyone thought having Wiz and Bradley were huge strengths and they needed to kept or re-signed at all costs? How quickly things change around here! Seems like the team is back to the point where Marty hit his ceiling after the 14-2 year and changes had to be made to reach the next level. Obviously NOrv was not the answer to get them to the next level, but we don't need to beat that dead horse anymore here. :facepalm1:Life is too short to drink cheap beer

I'm not saying they should be replaced, I'm saying they came up with horrible game plans. I would not be upset if Whiz left. He is "okay", but nothing special. Our offense is getting dated and he doesn't seem very creative.
Hard to argue with how the D is coming along, so I'm fine with Bradley.
