It would be a 2020 pick based on his contract and 2020 season performance I believe.

How is the comp pick determined for TWill?

I would probably let TWill go, and have Cantrell take his place, and cut Benjamin and have Artavis Scott takes his place.

You only get comp picks if you have a net loss of qualifying FAs (sometimes you'll get one if net zero but your losses were more valuable). I'm not a Tyrell fan. I wouldn't resign him unless real cheap.

He really did disappear at times. He is big and fast, but not quick off the line at all and really seems to have trouble getting separation. If our line was better and gave Rivers more time he can work himself open but unless it is a team friendly contract, I'd put that money into fixing the guard position and taking a chance on one of the young guys.

If we dont sign TWill, Im with you. Buy a guard with the money.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Depends on how many free agents we lose and how many we sign. We have to sign less than we lose to get a comp pick. And then we will get a comp pick for the player who signed the biggest contract elsewhere. That's in a nutshell explanation but it always seems to come down to how much a player signed for.

Nice idea but both those guys are slower types and aren't deep threats. I like them but now all our WRs are possession guys. Mike Williams would he our best deep threat.
Maybe we find a deep threat somewhere or in the draft.

I hope they are gone but thanks: Donnie Jones & Geno Smith
How in the heck do you see Philips gone?????? TT is going to give this man a contract. He is the one who signed him on a 1 yr contract and found him. TT takes care of his guys.

We can save 10.25 million by cutting Benjamin and Addae. Keeping them we have 12.5 cap hit but cutting them we only have a 2.25 dead space cap hit. I just can't see us keeping Benjamin. They may want to keep Addae but at a 6 mil cap hit? Barksdale may be off the books next year as well.

They may keep Benjamin if Tyrell Williams leaves.

Can the Chargers win with just big possession wide receivers and no burner? Who is the burner on the Patriots?
