Love my seats, though now that I am back in Big Bear I will return to the "go to 2 or 3 games, sell the rest to friends (most of the time)" plan.

As for the earlier mention of Spring Training, HELL YEAH! I have an annual trip with a group of friends we've been doing since 1991. We leave in a few weeks for a game in Vegas, and then a week in the Phoenix area.

I hope your friends that buy your tickets are Chargers fans.
I remember the people who used to sit right in front of me would sell their Raiders-Chargers tickets to Raiders fans every year. One year, one of the Raiders fans got so drunk, he did a face plant into the seats in front of him.
The whole rest of the game, I couldn't get "Deep Thoughts" by Jack Handy out of my head.
- My first instinct was to laugh, but then I thought, what if I was an ant, and that Raiders fan fell on me. Then it wouldn't seem quite so funny.

For the most part I am pretty picky who I sell to. I like the people who sit around me, so I don't want to saddle them with assholes. I have a lot of friends who like different teams, and they all get a talk from me before I sell them my seats. Occasionally though I can't go and none of my friends want them, so I have to sell to whoever.

guess you've never tried to sell Charger tix before have you? I've had good seats for good games and offered them here @ face value with NO takers on more than 1 occasion. Stub Hub and Ebay are overflowing with tix for every game. CL has multiple listings and a ton of flakes that contact you desperate for your tix- then buy elsewhere if you don't respond in the 5min window they were looking at your ad. I had 4 tix for the season ender last year against KC and was lucky to get 2 guys to buy 2 each for face value. They DID in fact meet me wearing Chargers gear which was a relief- but I don't give a shit who hands me the cash anymore with how hard it is to off these things anymore.

I never sold my Chargers tickets. Didn't miss a home game from my days as a toddler up through most of my college years. Ever since the Spanoses effed me out of my seats in the mid 90s, I haven't been back to a game.

My post that you responded to wasn't a personal attack on anybody selling their tickets. It was a memory I thought was funny and apparently nobody else thought was funny.

if you are going to concerts, then you are getting raped by Ticketmaster for so-called "convenience fees" that are way worse than anything the NFL scams us with- except PSLs.
