My thinking too. You really can't ask much more from Ekeler (except to hang onto the ball!) or JJ. But I feel the offense would have more punch with MG III. The passing game is anemic right now, and I think Gordon could really help there.

Ekeler has been very good in the passing game, both catching the ball and picking up blitzes. Gordon would be nice to have, but he would make no difference in the passing game now.

I think he would have made a huge difference.

MG would punch it in the endzone no doubt where Eckler fumbled.

Absolutely. When they say that NFL game are fixed, all you have to do is look at the Tevi block in the back call.

That was one of the most ridiculous calls I have ever seen.

Even the announcers said there wasn't much there.

Yeah football is fixed.Go to Vegas or Reno and watch all the betters. They know all about how the NFL and betting go hand in hand.If there is money to be made there is a crook involved somewhere. You know the NFL and one other "sport" is legally termed sports ENTERTAINMENT?The other "sport"?Pro wrestling.Wanna know why?Because years ago a guy filed suit against the NFL proving that it was fixed so they just coined the term entertainment so they can basically do whatever they want without legal ramifications. After learning that little tid bit I don't get too freaked out about football. It turns out the way the company wants it to turn out.Just have some popcorn and a beer and enjoy the movie lol.

Wasn't it Gordon who failed to punch the rock in 4 straight times that one game?

No I was just being sarcastic as to how bad the calls were. No ref could make those calls without outside influence.

The gambling ties to the NFL go all the way back to its formation, includong ownership. Read the book INTERFERENCE how how organized crime influences professional football.
