Not gonna lie... damn do I like what SF is doing! They tend to draft all the players I like; Buckner, McGlinchey, Armstead, Thomas, Warner. And damn is that defense dirty! Adding Kwon Alexander, Dee Ford, Sherman and now JV... I'm glad we got a win against them when we did.

I remember when a reporter asked JV who he wanted the Bolts to draft #1 in 2016, and instead of giving a typical non-answer response, he said "screw it, I'll tell you who I want... I want Buckner." JV keeping it real and honest earned a lot of respect from me that day. I don't know if he and Bosa ever got to play a full game together but now he gets to play with DeForrest, and that D-Line should make his job plenty easy.

I wonder if we'll see JV covering TW in a SF v OAK preseason game?

If he isn't hurt by then you might lol.

As for SF, they still stunk last season and I don't think Garopolo going down hurt a whole lot. Beathard isnt that good and Mullins was better but Jimmy G wasn't lighting it up either,.... but they should be better this year.

Great player. Just almost never plays. I think if he could stay healthy, he is the only CB who could erase the Antonio Browns and Tyreek Hills. But all the lower leg injuries have got to have some impact on what makes him special.

Meh. Most of those guys u listed that they drafted have this far been underwhekming. Think they paid too much for Kwon, especially com8ng off an injury and Sherman's pay relative to his performance is now like having an upside down mortgage. Colour me unimpressed

Wish things could have been different with you as a Charger. Hopefully you can stay healthy for your new team.

He is dead to me. Did nothing here but tease. On the 49'ers, healthy, injured it makes no difference.

Well don't know if he's dead to me but it's probably for the best that he is no longer a Charger. Some players are just cursed when they play for certain teams with injuries. Now watch him not be cursed with the 49ers.

He was injured a lot in college before he got to the Chargers. If he plays in a significant number of games it will, quite the change of pace.

I get the frustration but what's up with the anger?
It's not JVs fault he's made of glass
all he did was try hard and excell when healthy.
great locker room guy and fan friendly (met him at a restaurant once).
                        I wish him the best.
