As late as 2 days before cut time, teams had like 10 guys let go, before today. KC and SD posted no players, while, around the league there were at least a hundred (across the NFL). Some east coast NFC teams let go 15 players, even before today's cutoff.

What team will score off the trash bin? NFL should have a 3 yr. Score Trash Bin Award, hehe

So Stick made the cut - so far. He really did get outplayed by Jones in the preseason but I guess the team felt like a lot here did in that Stick has more upside. Clearly he is not close to ready right now.

I like stick as a 3rd. Develop him and he may just turn into something special. Jones outplayed him but id expect he should with the years in the league. Jones will find a new home with what he displayed....2nd string material but that has value.

2nd string QB could be the most lucrative non-work job in all of sport. 3-5M/yr and you don't ever get hit.
