You think Easton is going to play in 2019? That is complete wild speculation.

Impossible based on last 2 exhibition games

Some media like the way NO likes to use Hill as a utility player. The thinking is that other young, fast athletic guys might be able to play additional roles. That way you don't waste a spot on a 3rd string QB. Stick 's running ability has people thinking he might be able to play such a role.

The big difference between Hill and Stick is that Hill is a 4.4 40 guy, which is very fast for a guy his size (6'2" 230lbs). Stick is fairly fast 4.6 40 time, but not quite as athletic as Hill (IMHO).

It will be interesting to see if the Saints keep using Hill as a utility guy because his development as a QB is actually coming along pretty well.

Stick has a lot of good qualities but clearly needs some more work. I'm not sure I see him as a slam dunk as a utility player, especially since we have some offensive players like Ekeler who need to get more touches as it is. We have plenty of offensive talent, just a matter of using it all correctly. We don't necessarily need Stick to add to that.

I don't expect him to see a single snap in 2019. Not seeing Whiz as a guy who will run him out there for some voodoo trickeration.
