We did not matchup against NE well at all, regardless of scheme. Hopefully new additions plus health plus scheme tweaks helps with that.

The Rams corners didn't necessarily match up well, but they shut New England's offense down. Brady was confused at points because Wade Phillips was mixing things up in coverage and blitzes.

It was basically pitch & catch for Brady against the Chargers - he didn't need to play well.

Jason Verrett looking good up the coast. He signed for so cheap, I'm surprised Telesco didn't want to bring him back.

Health, talent, experience & depth are way up over what Gus had available on 1-13-19.

Only thing that game proved, ya gotta have the players to win.

The same number that were missing against Baltimore, Denver, & Kansas City.


Last time i checked, they didn't give up 35 points by halftime at Arrowhead last December.

Last time i checked, they didn't give up 35 points by halftime at Arrowhead last December.

Two of those were squeakers, and we went with zero LBs against Baltimore. Our D was a shell of itself late last season, our best LB from then isn't even in the team anymore.
